Description
This Abbott MediSense Optium Blood Glucose Meter was removed from a lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit appears to be in very good cosmetic condition and is in its original box and pouch. The original batteries had started to corrode slightly in the compartment but we have cleaned this up and it doesn't affect the unit.
It powers up fine but has not tested any further.
It comes with quite a few sealed packs of electrodes but they are about 20 years out of date.
Please note this unit must be safety inspected and calibrated prior to use - we have not tested or assessed the output figures.
