Description
This set was removed from a university store room during a clearout.
At least one part is branded Balzers on one of the outlet flanges.
Unfortunately, the equipment seems to have had some rust, so it is likely that refurbishment of this chamber is needed.
There was some labelled for EELS / VSW-EELs and Preperation Chamber - we are not sure which part of the system this actually is.
