Description
This Roller Grill SB40F Refrigerated Buffet Display Catering Unit was removed from a university catering department where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit is in good cosmetic condition but has some marks from use. The unit powers on and has been tested. The cooling seems to be working well but the lights seem a bit dim in places.
It was not tested further.
When set to 4C the display showed 4C and the unit clearly chilled. Our thermometer placed in the tabletop confirmed it was cooling - it actually registered colder than 4C with our thermometer in testing but presumably thats to allow for the food to be at 4C.
