This Victor Caribbean Bain-Marie Hot Cupboard With Heated Gantry CARIB2.312Q was removed from a university catering department where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit is in reasonably good cosmetic condition. one of the chains on the tray shelf has snapped off.
The unit powers up and seems to be heating both the bain-marie and the hot cupboard. The gantry lights are working.
