Description
This Jones Chromatography Model 7970 HPLC Column Block Heater was removed from a lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit has 7 blocks inside as follows:
2 x 7x5.4cm Blocks with 2 x 19mm holes in each.
4 x 5x5cm Blocks with 2 x 7mm holes in each.
1 x 1.6x5.1cm Block with 2 x 7mm holes.
The unit powers on and reached 37 degrees C when set to 37, although the unit display read 39. We set the temperature to a max of 100 degrees C and temp reached a max of 99 on the thermometer during testing and read 101.3 on the unit.
The unit is in reasonable cosmetic condition but the cap on the lock to open lid is damaged. This however doesn't affect anything.
