Description
This Waters Alliance HPLC System is being sold on behalf of a UK university.
It was removed from a lab in working order, and then professionally serviced our site. It is in good working order and just requires software.
Engineers report is as below:
The flow motor was checked on the A, B, C & D lines. The proportional valve was confirmed as working. The degasser was working at 0.9PSIA. The FLD switches on and the lamp works. The Micromass ZQ switches on with no issues but will require a foreline pump such as an Edwards 28. The HPLC vial chiller and column heater are both working ok.
The system has no notable defects but will require Micromass Mass Lynx software before it can be used. It is a clean system with no issues.

The system consists of;
1 x Waters 474 Scanning Fluorescence Detector.
1 x Rheodyne MX7900-000. (has some cracks on the underside casing)
1 x Waters 2996 Photodiode Array Detector.
1 x Waters 2965 Seperation Module.
1 x Micromass ZQ.
1 x Agilent 82357B Cable.
1 x Grey Plastic Tray With Funnel.
1 x Deep Dark Grey Tray (2 Clips Snapped Off).
2 x Tubes with T Connection Batch No: 8015AR
Multiple Accessories and Cables.
No further tests were carried out but system should be in good working order and will be sold with 45-day return to base warranty.
Buyers will require an appropriate foreline pump and MassLynx software
