Description
This Perkin Elmer LS 50 B Luminescence Spectrometer was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers up and has been inspected by an engineer.
The Xenon source lamp was not flashing well. The optics were examined and it was found that the first Grating was badly fogged as were the mirrors. A water sample was run with no peak.
It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition.
