Description
This Perkin Elmer Spectrum One Spectrometer was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
We have tested it to power up. It is in good cosmetic condition but has some marks from use.
It has been inspected by a service engineer.
They reported that both KBr windows are moisture damaged, there is debris appeared inside the instrument under the cover. The instrument powers on and the display LEDs are green but there is a red LED for scan error. The instrument does not communicate with the Spectrum software on the PC.
It is sold for spares/repairs.
