Agilent 1100 Series HPLC System Six Units Liquid Chromatography

This was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

All system elements power up but have issues. We believe the system is spares/repairs.

The binary pump powered on with cooling fan operating and orange status light showing, indicating the unit was waiting for a condition to be met or an input. Metal pipe connectors may be missing as there are two empty threaded connectors on pump head.

The degasser powered on with cooling fan operating and pump heard to be running and orange status light showing, indicating the unit was waiting for a condition to be met or an input.

The Auto sampler thermostat has no power button or status light, it is controlled through the autosampler and could not be tested.

The Column compartment powered on with an orange status light showing for several second and it then changed to red indicating a fault.

The Autosampler powered on with fan operating and the injector arm moved in all directions as a self test, orange status light initially then changed to red indicating a fault. Small parts may be missing as a loose screw and small clamp were found loose inside.

THe diode array detector powered on with red status light showing indicating a fault. It was noted that the detector head has been removed and other smaller parts may be missing.
