Description
Bruker S4 Pioneer XRF with Software
This system was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition.
The instrument has two main issues:
1 - The X-ray warning light on top of the instrument are not working.
2 - The inner water cooling system is not working. The flow is about 0.5l/min instead of 4-5l/min. We think that fixing the problem would involve fitting a new sensor and/or water pump as well as new ion exchange resin.
Due to the issues listed above, this unit is listed as Spares or Repairs.
