Description
Zeiss Axio Scan.Z1 Slide Scanner
This system was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit is in very good cosmetic condition and has been tested, confirming it scans slides as expected.
The previous client has stated the system was in full working order prior to removal.
The system is 9 years old but has been upgraded. It has been in service contract since it was purchased.
The system consists of:
- 1 x Zeiss Axio Scan.Z1 Slide Scanner Unit
- Fitted with a Zeiss 424953-9011 filter wheel:
- 1 - Nothing
- 2 - BP 445/50, FT 395
- 3 - BP 525/50, FT 495
- 4 - BP 605/70, FT 570
- 5 - BP 690/50, FT 660
- 6 - QBP 432 + 519 + 590 + 680, QFT 400 + 503 + 570 + 650
- 1 x Zeiss 428320-9001 Motorised Filter Wheel
- With Loc-Line covered light pipe.
- 1 x Zeiss HXP 120 V Light Source
- 1 x HP Z6 PC with monitor, keyboard, and mouse:
- Running Zeiss Zen 3.1 software (USB dongle included).
- Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit.
- 128GB RAM.
There are 5 active user accounts on the PC, password for each user is available on request.
Important Note:
The scanner will be shipped with 3 internal transport locks fitted. A guide is attached detailing how to remove these locks. The unit should NOT be powered up with the transport locks in place.
Included:
- 1 x Zeiss Tool Roll.
- 1 x Zeiss 432337-9071 Slide holding frame (with adapters for 26mm x 76mm/1" x 3" and 52mm x 76mm/2" x 3" slides).
- 1 x Box of Zeiss 432337-000 Mounting frame for 4 slides (26mm x 76mm) and 2-slide holder (52mm x 76mm).
- 1 x Zeiss box with 8 Phase Stops (8233, 1056, 8212, 8231, 8239, 8222, 1037, 1058).
- 1 x Box of accessories, including a calibration slide.
- 1 x Zeiss folder containing the manual and system restore software.
- 2 x Zeiss 432337-9040 Trays.
