Description
Zeiss Axio Examiner.Z1 Fluorescence Motorised Microscope LSM 7 MP Imaging System (For Spares/Repairs)
This system was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.
During setup/testing, it was noted that several critical components appear to be missing, and as such, the system is best suited for spares or repairs.
The system powers on, and all mechanical adjustments are functioning as expected. However, key parts required for full operation are missing, including:
- Automated stage (likely a Prior model, per setup diagrams)
- NLO laser (required for operation with the AOM box, which directs the laser into the LSM 7 scan head)
- Possibly missing camera
- Anti-vibration tables
All necessary cables appear to be included for setting up the system, but without the missing components, full operation is not possible. Due to the system's specific configuration, adapting it for a different purpose would be challenging.
