DakoCytomation CyAn ADP Flow Cytometer with Sheath Management System, PC & Software
This system was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirement.
The system has been inspected and tested. The Dell Precision T3500 PC boots correctly and has Summit 4.3 software installed. The BIOS battery has been replaced, boot settings configured correctly, and all user account passwords removed.
The CyAn ADP Flow Cytometer was connected to the PC and the start-up sequence was successfully initiated. During testing, the system reported faults relating to vacuum, sheath pressure, interlock, or laser status. However, no sheath or waste tanks were connected at the time of testing and the reported errors are consistent with the system not being fully configured for operation.
The shutdown sequence was successfully completed and the system performed a DI water flush.
According to the previous owner, the system was in working order prior to decommissioning.
