These items have undergone varying levels of testing - it is likely that some will be spares / repairs, but we anticipate that a reasonable amount should operate well.

None of these items have been PAT or electrical safety tested. For this reason we have marked these as spares/repairs as they should not be used without appropriate electrical safety checks.

They are sold as a spares/repairs bundle, intended to be purchased by someone who has time to test and where necessary refurbish the unit. It is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to benefit for individual equipment resale.

Leica SP5 and HP Z620 Workstation System with NEC Monitors - For Parts or Repair

This system was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The setup primarily consists of components from a Leica SP5 system but is currently non-operational and intended for spares or repairs.

This collection of equipment is in need of significant repairs, especially the electrical connections, as noted from the site that "Electrics are bust."

Included Equipment;

NEC MultiSync LCD 1990SXi Monitors (2 units): Dual monitors that are part of the system.

HP Z620 Workstation PC Tower: Includes a keyboard and mouse but does not have HDDs. It retains PCi cards for the Leica system.

Leica SP5 Unit: The operational condition is uncertain. It suffers from severe damage to the umbilical cable, with various wires cut, which affects its functionality.

Leica Microsystems CMS TCS SP5 Control Table: Comes with a table, but similar to the SP5 unit, it has umbilical cables that have been severed.

Leica Exhaust Unit: Forms part of the ventilation system for the Leica SP5.
