1 x Spectra Physics Power supply Model 2560

We were unable to power this up as it has been previously hard wired. It is in good cosmetic condition but has marks from dust and grime. The unit is supplied with Keys.

1 x Spectra Physics Control Box Model 2270

The unit is in good cosmetic condition but we were not able to power the unit as the power supply powers the unit.

Buchi GKR-50 Glass Tube Drying Oven Lab

This Buchi GKR-50 Glass Tube Drying Oven was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The unit powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included).

We set the temperature to around 37˚c on the dial and the thermometer went up to 35˚c. We then turned it up to 100˚c, and the thermometer read 80˚c, finally, we turned it up to 200˚c and the thermometer reached 167˚c.

It is in reasonably poor cosmetic condition and has lots of marks from use as well as rust.

This Roche RTS ProteoMaster Rapid Translation System was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The item powers on with shaker speed running up to a maximum of 990rpm. The temperature was tested with a digital thermometer (not included). The temperature was first set to 37˚c which it reached after around 15 minutes. The temperature was then set to its maximum of 50˚c which it reached about 10 minutes later.

The item powered on without issue. It began to beep emitting a sharp and loud repeated beep.

The PC has the software (custom-made by Kurt J Lesker) required to set up and run the sputtering machine.

The system software is set up so it needs to reach 5.0×10-5 before it will begin a sputtering run, with the current backing and turbo pump it reaches this vacuum between 30 – 60 mins (depending on the samples loaded within the chamber).

This system requires collection from:
