They confirmed that the lower cover was removed in order to safely purge process gases prior to disconnection; this panel has been set aside and is intended to be refitted. A chiller unit is located beneath the computer, reportedly associated with a PECVD system, although its inclusion in this sale has not been confirmed.

The seller further stated that the system is nearing end-of-life, operating intermittently, and required multiple attempts to successfully complete the gas purge procedure prior to removal.

Due to this it is listed as Spares/Repair.

The following work/checks were carried out:

Reset thermal trip

Checked lid locking mechanism — all working correctly

Ran test cycle

Known faults, advisories identified:

1.7 BAR safety valve is leaking

Pressure is slightly high at 121°C and requires temperature checking with a calibrated thermometer

Drain valve is leaking slightly

Service recommended, including fitting of service kit and temperature calibration/adjustment

The quoted cost for the follow-up work was £1,756.00; however, this work was not proceeded with.

Due to the known faults listed above, this item is being sold as spares or repairs.
