This job lot of items comes from a variety of university laboratories. The items were no longer required, collected from various store rooms and facilities.

None of these items have been tested at our site - it is likely that some will be spares/repairs, but we anticipate that a reasonable amount should operate well.

None of these items have been PAT or electrical safety tested. For this reason, we have marked these as spares/repairs as they should not be used without appropriate electrical safety checks.

They are sold as a spares/repairs bundle and further investment in each individual product may be required. It is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to benefit from individual equipment resale.

The unit is in reasonably good cosmetic condition but does not power on. Internal inspection revealed significant dirt and debris, which may have caused internal damage.

The system was cleaned internally to the best extent possible without disassembly.

The previous owner has stated the system is from around 2005 and has not been run for 4–5 years. When last operational, most components were functional except for the Pressure Regulator control board and the control PC, which had failed.

Due to the issues stated above, this item is listed as Spares/Repair.

This system was removed from a university lab as surplus to requirements. The lab reported: "Hasn’t been used for a few years. I am told it was working fine last time. "

The system in the perspex enclosure was in good working order prior to it being disconnected. There is also included a spare unit which the university was using to provide spare parts.

There are eight tube rails each holding 24 tubes.

There are two Dell GX520 PC's that both have Microsoft XP pro installed and the software for the honeybee installed. There are no personal data on either of the units and all passwords and usernames have been changed on both. A HP 1702 monitor, usb keyboard and mouse are also included.

It also comes with instruction books and a CD-Rom of software with Cartesian AXSYS V81.6.2.

The Honeybee unit powered on with power indicator lights showing on the main panel and injection head.

A small vacuum pump powered on and generated suction.

The first PC powered on but would not boot up properly, the second booted up and loaded windows and showed the software icons.

When the icons were selected attempts were made to communicate with the Honeybee hardware but were not successful.

The com cables reconnected into different ports but the data link could not be made.
