Carl Zeiss Axioplan 2 Imaging Microscope with 7x Epiplan-Neofluar Objectives, Motorised Stage & Filter Wheel Control
This item was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirement.
The microscope has been fully tested and is in good working order. Both illumination systems operate correctly, the filter wheels function as intended and are controllable via the keypad, and the motorised stage operates correctly using the supplied joystick.
The system includes a pair of USB-to-RS232 cables, allowing the filter wheels and stage to be controlled via a PC using appropriate software (not included).

This system was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirement.
The system is in working order and images were successfully captured using the installed software.
Please note the following:
The motorised stage is operational but can be temperamental and may require replacement according to the previous owner.
The motorised focus control does not function in the upward direction, although downward movement operates correctly. Manual focusing remains fully functional.
The OKW Joystick could not be tested as it has exposed wiring and failed a visual PAT inspection.
