The previous owner advised that the unit is a Plasma Therm 790 (S/N: PTI-78299-F) and has been out of service for some time.

They confirmed that the lower cover was removed in order to safely purge process gases prior to disconnection; this panel has been set aside and is intended to be refitted. A chiller unit is located beneath the computer, reportedly associated with a PECVD system, although its inclusion in this sale has not been confirmed.

The seller further stated that the system is nearing end-of-life, operating intermittently, and required multiple attempts to successfully complete the gas purge procedure prior to removal.

The microscope is in very good cosmetic condition, it powers up with a working screen, and although the nosepiece moves, it does not appear to home correctly (previously reported as affected by objective oil ingress)

There may be additional faults, no power supply is included, and only the items shown in the images are supplied.

Due to this it is listed as Spares/Repair

This microscope was removed from a Zeiss LSM confocal system.

Renishaw RM1000 Raman Spectrometer with Leica DMLM Microscope (Spares/Repair)

This system was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.

It includes a Renishaw RM1000 Raman spectrometer (Class III laser), a Leica DMLM microscope, and a DM LSFA confocal microscope HC epi-fluorescent attachment.

The system is missing the condenser, stage, objectives, and two eyepieces, along with various elements of the laser. The DM LSFA casing is also broken (see images for reference).

Due to the number of missing components and the inability to safely test Class III lasers at our facility, this system is being as Spares/Repair.
