includes direct-coupled white light LED epi illuminator, high speed 2048x2048 sCMOS Flash4.0 v2+ camera, motorized
x,y translating platform stage, 36"x36" vibration isolation table and equipment rack workstation. It is still functional and is kept under a vacuum but is not in use. It has an X-ray detector, besides backscattered and secondary electron detectors.
It is a field emission gun microscope that has not been used in the past year. It is operational with small things to be fixed.
Issues: The X controller is semi-functional, requiring manual control most of the time.
