Due to limitations with testing Class 3+ lasers at our facility, we were unable to carry out full functionality testing on the EnVision instrument and therefore it has not been powered on or tested by us.

However, the supplied PC system is fully operational and has been verified to connect to the EnVision 2104, with screenshots provided showing the software running.

It is in good cosmetic condition.

Important: This unit currently has shipping bolts fitted to protect the instrument during transport. These must be removed prior to use. (Replacement bolts have been fitted using best available equivalents, as the original supplied bolts were not available.)

Please also note: The supplied RS232 comms cable must be connected to the PCI card RS232 socket, not the built-in Dell RS232 port.

Previously used as part of a soft glass fibre drawing tower setup alongside a low temperature furnace for drawing soft glass optical fibres.

This unit provides a stable elevated working position for loading and aligning glass preforms into vertically mounted furnaces.

The structure is a heavy-duty steel access platform with integrated anti-slip steps and handrail, designed for safe operator access at height during fibre drawing processes.

This item was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirement.

This is a custom-made cage, featuring mesh panels zip-tied to the steel frame on three sides and the top, with the front panel left open.

The structure is built from 25mm square tubular steel and includes four adjustable feet. The internal cross spars are positioned 85cm above the ground, making the cage suitable for use with an isolation table.

In fair cosmetic condition, with small holes present in the mesh sides.

The unit is in good used cosmetic condition with typical signs of workshop use. The previous owner reported the machine as being for parts, and as such it has not been wired for power.

There are several cut cables and missing switch keys, preventing electrical testing. In addition, the saw appears to be missing parts from the band mechanism, although the exact missing components are unknown.

The machine is also supplied without the table.

Due to the issues described above and the inability to test the unit, it is being sold as Spares/Repair.

This is being sold on behalf of a university lab. It is surplus to requirements.

The unit is in excellent cosmetic condition. It has not been serviced or used for several years but was in good working order prior to this.

It also has incorporated a small robotic arm that can pick up racks/plates and a capper/decapper for microtubes (FluidX or Matrix) with septum seals.

We have installed a new HDD with Windows 7 on the PC.

The CyBio Composer V2.10 software is included and also installed on the PC.

The software will require setting up before use.

The unit is in average used cosmetic condition, with various marks and signs of wear consistent with general workshop use.

The bandsaw features a built-in welder and grinder for producing looped blades.

The machine is currently fitted with a 63A plug and powers up as expected. The main saw runs smoothly, and the grinder also operates correctly. The blade welder has not been tested.

The emergency stop button is fitted and functioning.

Also included are a pair of extra blade guide wheels and a length of blade.
