The previous owner advised that the unit is a Plasma Therm 790 (S/N: PTI-78299-F) and has been out of service for some time.

They confirmed that the lower cover was removed in order to safely purge process gases prior to disconnection; this panel has been set aside and is intended to be refitted. A chiller unit is located beneath the computer, reportedly associated with a PECVD system, although its inclusion in this sale has not been confirmed.

The seller further stated that the system is nearing end-of-life, operating intermittently, and required multiple attempts to successfully complete the gas purge procedure prior to removal.

Due to this it is listed as Spares/Repair.

It powers on and is in fair condition with signs of cosmetic wear. The top mount is slightly bent out of shape, and there are visible run marks on the top of the unit. No further functional testing has been conducted.
