Service and condition notes are as follows:

Unit powered on and lid opened without issue.
Evidence of the low water probe shorting onto the outside element, causing the machine to heat with low or no water.
All three heating elements were tested and found to be open circuit.
Three elements and the low water probe will need to be replaced.
It is advised that the unit be delivered to a specialist workshop if repair is to be undertaken.
