It is advised that the unit be delivered to a specialist workshop if repair is to be undertaken.

Internally, it houses a Wheaton Modular Cell Production Roller Apparatus Model 3. The roller mechanism powers on, but the rollers moved very slowly during testing. The speed control dial is missing, and manually adjusting the underlying nut did not improve the speed.

When set to 2000g RCF, it does not reach the target speed, instead decelerating after approximately 500g. The deceleration from 500g to 0g takes approximately six minutes.

This Gallenkamp IOI400.XX2.C Shaking Incubator was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The unit powers up and has been tested.

It was tested using a Thermo Smart-Vue gauge (not included).

The gauge showed 37.4ºC when the unit was set to 37ºC.

The gauge showed 59.8ºC when the unit was set to 60ºC (Max).

The max rpm is 400, which the unit runs fine at. The first digit of the rpm screen does have issues, but the rpm can still be set ok.

It is not a refrigerated unit.

Inner dimensions: 85.5cm L x 35cm W.

Shaker plate dimensions: 69cm L x 49cm W.

This Millipore Guava EasyCyte 8HT Flow Cytometer was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The system powers up and is in good cosmetic condition with only minor marks from use.

The unit has been tested with samples but was showing readings of 200-300 when it should be showing readings of around 50000. We were unable to diagnose the exact fault.

The unit has a Dell Optiplex 7010 PC paired with it. The PC includes a keyboard, mouse, monitor, USB and VGA Cable. It has had a brand new copy of 32bit Windows 7 installed.

Guavasoft 3.1 has also been installed, which includes:

ViaCount.

InCyte (This requires an unlock code from Millipore to run).

easyCheck.

Guava Clean 3.1.

We have been able to open and close the sample tray. This proves that the system is fully connected.

It is sold for spares/repairs.
