The cosmetic condition of this item is fairly good and it has powered on.

We set the unit to 20,000rpm. It does ramp up quite slowly to speed. It reached 21,000+ and started to hold speed.

We're not sure how accurate the speed adjustment is. It didn't seem to fully hold at 20,000rpm, it kept slowly rising. The belt looks like it needs replacing too.

For this reason, It is sold for spare/repairs

The speed range is from 15000 to 40000 rpm.
