It is a high-temperature continuous belt furnace designed for annealing and heat treatment of electronic and advanced materials, offering consistent thermal performance under a controlled nitrogen atmosphere for clean, oxygen-free processing.

Sirah Cobra Stretch Dye Laser CSTR-LG-24 Lab

This system was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirement.

The unit is in good cosmetic condition. Due to safety restrictions on testing Class 3 and above lasers at our facility, it has not been powered on.

According to the previous owner, it was fully operational as of 2022 (when the previous occupier retired).

Please note; The lid struts are broken so the lid does not stay open on its own. There is also a cover/panel that has come loose from either inside or outside of the machine, however it is not clear where this has come from.

The previous owner had attached a paper sign to the laser stating: “DO NOT UPGRADE WINDOWS! This will cause the grating arm to fail and the monochromator will require repair and calibration.”

IPX5 / IPX6 Strong Water Spray Test Chamber, 1400L

This system is being offered for sale on behalf of a client due to being surplus to ongoing requirements at The National Robotarium, Edinburgh.

The unit is an IPX5 / IPX6 strong water spray test chamber with a 1400L test volume, designed for ingress protection testing using strong water jets in line with IP waterproof test procedures. Systems of this type are used for product and component validation across electronics, automotive, industrial and R&D environments where repeatable water spray exposure testing is required.

According to the client, the chamber is in very good used condition and close to new in appearance and working order. It was rarely used between 2022 and 2026, with fewer than 20 recorded uses, and no issues or faults logged during ownership. The client has advised that the unit has not been recalibrated since original purchase, however no loss of calibration has been identified. Routine internal maintenance, including replacement of water and cleaning of the water container, has been carried out in line with the user manual. No external maintenance record is available.

Zeiss Axiovert 200M Confocal Microscope System with LSM510 META & Multi-Laser Setup

The microscope connects to the PC and communicates successfully. The Meta software displays CAN errors on startup, which appear to be due to the lasers not being connected. Further testing was not possible without the lasers, but all indications suggest the system is otherwise functioning as intended.

This item was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.

It is in good condition and was able to successfully run a calibration method for both the tray and the sampler head, confirming basic functionality. No further testing has been carried out.

This system was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirement.

It is in very good cosmetic condition and powers on, we are unable to test it further at our facility.

This item was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.

The system is in good used cosmetic condition.It has not been powered on due to testing limitations with Class 3B laser fitted within the Datalogic DS1100 unit.

The previous owner stated the unit was in working order prior to decommissioning in March 2021, with no known faults reported at the time.

Leica DMI6000CS Microscope System

This item was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.

It is in good used cosmetic condition with signs of general use.

The microscope was tested using a borrowed CTR6000 and was found to be functioning as expected. It will require a CTR6000 and additional components to become a fully operational system.

This system was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirements.

It is in good cosmetic condition and powers on, we are unable to test it further at our facility.

Please note: During testing the "Fault/Tell Tale" illuminated, however, this is likely cause by it requiring oil for operation.

The previous owner stated it was in working order prior to removal.

IP5X / IP6X Dust Test Chamber, 1000L

This system is being offered for sale on behalf of a client due to being surplus to ongoing requirements at The National Robotarium, Edinburgh.

The unit is an IP5X / IP6X dust chamber with a 1000L test volume, intended for dust ingress testing of products and assemblies under controlled conditions. Equipment of this type is commonly used for environmental simulation and ingress protection testing where repeatable exposure to circulating dust is required for product development, qualification and compliance work.

According to the client, the chamber is in very good used condition and close to new in appearance and working order. It was rarely used between 2022 and 2026, with fewer than 20 recorded uses, and no issues or faults logged. The client has advised that the chamber has not been recalibrated since original purchase, however no loss of calibration has been identified. Routine internal maintenance and periodic quick runs every two weeks were reportedly carried out in accordance with the user manual. No external maintenance record is available.

No further testing has been carried out by us.

Native onboard software supplied with the chamber is included. Videos of the system in operation are available on request.

It is in good cosmetic condition and in good working order, having passed a test plate in July 2025.

The unit was purchased new in 2019, with preventative services carried out in 2020, 2022, and 2023. It was stored between February 2024 and June 2025 before being retested.
