Perkin Elmer ABI Prism 377 DNA Sequencer

This item was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.

It powers on and is in good cosmetic condition. It was tested using an in-house power cable (power supply not included).

The system powers up, with multiple fans running and front indicator lights illuminating. The amber/yellow light flashes at the end of the startup sequence, which may indicate the absence of a connection to a control PC, but we could not verify this due to the lack of a user manual.

GE Healthcare / Cytiva S-2000 Sefia Cell Processing Unit Lab

This item was removed from a university where it was surplus to requirement.

It is in good cosmetic condition and powers up, we are unable to test it further at our facility.

Working when previously in use, password protected by Cytiva so cannot be tested by ourselves, reset through Cytiva will be required by next user, this cannot be done pre-sale as it will form part of the servicing contract agreement. Cytiva are happy to do this post-sale.

The structure is built from 25mm square tubular steel and includes four adjustable feet. The internal cross spars are positioned 85cm above the ground, making the cage suitable for use with an isolation table.

The Aligned Technologies OZM-120 is a high-quality oral dissolving film (ODF) making machine designed for laboratory-scale research and small-scale production. This system was removed from a laboratory environment where it was surplus to requirements.

The GC powers on and the display screen is clear and functional. No further testing has been carried out.

The unit is in reasonable cosmetic condition with signs of normal laboratory use.

The autosampler tray is in good cosmetic condition and includes 3 × sample holders, each with a capacity of 50 vials.
