The GE ReadyToProcess™ WAVE 25 is a single-use bioreactor platform designed for scalable cell culture applications, including seed train expansion and small-scale production. The rocking motion provides efficient mixing and oxygen transfer while maintaining low shear conditions, making it ideal for sensitive cell lines.
This configuration includes the Cellbag Control Unit (CBCU) and Pump 25, enabling precise control of gas flow, pH, dissolved oxygen, and fluid handling. The system is operated via GE’s UNICORN™ control software, providing full process automation and monitoring.
