Originally purchased in May 2006 and last serviced in 2018. The previous supplier (Auto Q Biosciences) confirmed the instrument was fully functional during a test conducted last year.

This system is not currently in full working order. While several core components function as expected, including pressure build-up to 60 psi within 90 seconds, verified fluidics startup/shutdown, and laser outputs within specification.

There are critical issues affecting both the instrument and HTS module that require attention. Due to these issues, it is listed as Spares/Repair.

Key Operational Issues:

The instrument's waste level sensor is blocked, causing a constant “waste full” reading. A spare sensor was temporarily used to complete fluidics startup.
The sheath sensor is currently functional but shows visible damage (cracked cable) and is at risk of failure.
The HTS module exhibits multiple faults:
Two valves and a pump need replacing.
The motor shows an over-voltage error on the X axis.
The motor controller requires replacement.
Tubing throughout the HTS is degraded and needs to be replaced.
