The foot pedals are non-functional, and when using the hand dial on the side of the item, there is a motor grinding noise from inside the unit. We were unable to move anything using the electronic controls, although the blade moves freely when operated with the manual crank handle.

Due to the control issues noted above, this item is being sold as spares or repairs.
