The unit powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included). The incubator has been charged with 5% CO2 and everything appears to be working well.
When set to 37˚C the display showed 37˚C and the thermometer measured 37.9˚C.
When set to the max of 50˚C the display showed 49.5˚C and the thermometer measured 51˚C.
It is in good cosmetic condition with some marks from use.

It is in reasonable cosmetic condition but has some signs of heavy use, though it is not damaged in any way.
