The unit powers on and is in good cosmetic condition. The power supply for the unit has a faulty switch. An external power lead was used to test the unit.
We tested it with a digital thermometer (not included).
at 0ºC our thermometer read -0.8ºC
at 3ºC our thermometer read 1.8ºC
at 18ºC our thermometer read 16.4ºC (units internal thermometer read 18.3ºC)

The unit powers on and is in good cosmetic condition but wouldn't load past the XP load screen. The main drive was put in a caddy but it wouldn't read. We removed it from the system. There is a blank hard drive in the PC.
We were not able to test the scales within the Dynamic Vapour Sorption unit due to the PC not being responsive.
