The BioMark tray opens and closes via the Data Collection software, and the lamp switches on and off as expected. The lamp currently installed shows 0 hours used out of 1000 and may have been replaced during a reported service in 2024.

Both the HX and MX controllers power up and appear to connect to the BioMark via Ethernet.

Power on sequence: Switch on PC before main unit; use front switch before back

This item was removed from a laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.

Due to limitations with testing Class 3+ lasers at our facility, we were unable to carry out functionality tests on the main Rock Imager unit. Therefore, the RI-1000 has not been powered on or PAT tested.

However, the previous owner stated the system was in working order prior to removal.

Both chiller units have been powered on and have passed PAT testing.

Please note: The main RI-1000 unit appears to require adjustment or repair, as the inner chamber is off-centre when compared to another unit from the same project (50334).

No further testing has been carried out.
