It is in good cosmetic condition and in good working order. The lab confirmed it was in full working order prior to removal.

An engineer from Pacific Biosciences prepared the system for removal from the lab, including removing all the systems cladding, but unfortunately had to cut a few cables between the main unit and the environmental chamber.

Whilst the blade server is included with the system, it has been wiped, so software may need reinstalling if you intend to use the system in full again.

Strangely the information plate on the back of the unit just says 'PacBio RS' and not 'PacBio RS II' as would be expected, but the lab called it an RS II, and the cladding on the front says RS II, so we presume this is RS II.

The engineer said that whilst getting the unit up and running again might be difficult, there is an enormous value of the system in parts. Apparently the camera part alone cost £125k.

We have not removed any parts from the system whatsoever.

Aligned Technologies OZM-120 Oral Dissolving Film Making Machine

This item is sold on behalf of a client. It is surplus to requirement.

The Aligned Technologies OZM-120 is a high-quality oral dissolving film (ODF) making machine designed for laboratory-scale research and small-scale production. It provides precise control over casting, drying, and winding processes, making it ideal for developing soluble films used in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications.

Manufactured in China, this unit is in excellent condition and has seen minimal use over its lifetime of approximately 2.5 years. It includes a small arm bracket near the inlet to mount a dispenser, though this modification does not affect the machine’s functionality. The system also comes with a few film cores, PTFE carrier film, and a custom-made Teflon coated belt designed for continuous casting without the need for disposable carrier film.

1.6m x 1m footprint, roughly 300kg, requires a 3-phase power supply and compressed air connection.

It is in good cosmetic condition and powers on, we are unable to test it further at our facility. It was working prior to removal.

The system was in good working order when it was last in use.

It is in good cosmetic condition with only minor marks from use.

ProBike Fuchs BEI261 Motorbike Dynamometer (Dyno)

This system was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirements.

The previous owner stated that the unit is a motorcycle dynamometer in nearly new condition and almost unused. They also advised that the software is out of date, but that the system is otherwise working.

Cosmetically, we would describe the overall condition as good, with some signs of use and light rusting present, which is to be expected given the nature of the equipment. The unit is split down and palletised and, as such, we were unable to test the dynamometer as a complete system. However, the Hydrovane pump was able to be powered on and has passed PAT testing.

• Please note: the dynamometer does not include the PC system required to run the unit, or the Motorbike in the images.

For reference, ProBike state that they offer upgrade and installation packages for Fuchs BEI261 dynamometers, including hardware/software upgrades and support for reinstallations, updates and spare parts.
