Bruker Agena Bioscience Sequenom MT Analyser & MassARRAY NanoDispenser

This system was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

We have set the system up and everything powers up.

The MassARRAY NanoDispenser has been run in standalone mode as it has its own PC built-in. We have the passwords for the software. We have had the unit home its dispenser, it appears to respond to all commands.

After re-seating the Acqiris PCi card in the PC, we were able to start the Acqiris Live 2.4 program.

The main PC has the following software installed:

Acqiris Digitizer/AcqirisLive Version 2.4 Release 8 Build 0.

Acronis True Image.

Bruker Daltonics FLEXControl.

CMU 1394 Camera Demo.

MassARRAY Typer Version 4.0.

Plus a lot more.

We were unable to get the PC to communicate with the MT Analyser via the com port.

This Biotage SP1 Flash Chromatography System was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The unit powers up but the monitor is faulty. We connected it to an external monitor and were able to power up the system and access the software. The battery for the motherboard with likely need replacing at some point.

This Eppendorf EpMotion 5075 LH Automated Liquid Handling System was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The unit is in good used cosmetic condition but it does have various marks and signs of general use.

The system consists of:

1 x Eppendorf epMotion 5075 Liquid Handler.

Fitted with a Siemens SIMATIC PC running Eppendorf epBlue 10.04.0020 Software. It also comes with a Dell monitor, Microsoft keyboard and Siemens mouse.

We have run a basic test program on the robot and it does run.

Included with it are;

1 x Eppendorf 20 - 300ul TS 300.

1 x Eppendorf 20 - 300ul TM 300-8.

1 x Eppendorf 1 - 50ul TS 50.

1 x Eppendorf TG-T Gripper & Gripper Holder. (This appears to be an expensive part on it's own)

1 x Eppendorf Module Reservoir.

It also comes with the original PCi card for the dual monitor setup. We have removed this as it appeared to be possibly faulty. It is now set up using the original built-in DVi output.
